Our extensive range of in-house services are provided for all types of small to large functions including Weddings, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Retirements, Baby Showers, Bar Mitzvahs, Bat Mitzvahs, Dinner & Dances, Religious events and much more. Whether your function is an intimate one at home or a grand affair at a plush venue, we will be sure to provide you with something perfect for the type of setting your require. We specialise in doing absolutely anything and everything. Whether you require simple decorations such as Disney balloons for a child's birthday or an extravagant theme setting for a grand occasion, it's our team you need for a smooth and stress-free service. We will put together the best package to fit your requirements and not only that, we will exceed all expectations throughout the time that we serve you. If you do not find what you are looking for on our website or have any further queries, contact us by phone or email and we will be happy to help.

Additionally to our in-house services we offer full event management. As part of this service you may require us to simply manage all aspects of your event by bringing together your chosen service providers and ensuring the day runs smoothly and absolutely stress-free. Alternatively, you may wish to take advantage of our supplier finding service. After discussing with you, we search for the best supplier for the service/s required and negotiate prices on your behalf. Most service providers we contact on your behalf are from our approved and hand-picked supplier list that has been created from years of experience. This allows us to ensure we are providing you only the best.

You do not have to book any services with us to use our event managers. You simply select what you require from the list below and we will provide that service in full as per the descriptions given.


  • Venue Finding Service: We will short-list a minimum of 5 venues that meet your requirements as closely as possible along with suitable packages and pricing. To commence the selection process, we will then arrange a viewing for you at 2 or 3 venues. Initially, you can view a list of our recommended venues by clicking on 'venue list' under other services. For detailed information and pricing, please contact our office by telephone or email. Please note, with this service, at some venues you may have to, under contract, also book our catering and decorating services as a whole package - £250 (this is an initial cost, fully refundable upon booking a full package consisting of catering & decorations too. If only venue is booked, this is a fixed finders fee)
  • Give advise and prepare event itinerary: This is professionally typed up after consulting with you, and then if required sent to all your service providers by email so they are aware of the plan for the day at every minute throughout the event - £100
  • Give advise and draw up a floor plan: This is professionally drawn up after consulting with you, and then if required sent to any relevant service providers by email - £150
  • Give advise and draw up a floor plan with detailed table & seating arrangements: This is professionally drawn up after consulting with you, and then if required sent to any relevant service providers by email - £250
  • On-site venue or home visit prior to your event: 2 hours consultation / advise session - £150 (additional hours - £50 per hour)
  • Event manager on-site throughout the event: up to 4 hours - £300 (additional hours - £75 per hour)
  • Event manager on-site throughout the event: up to 8 hours - £500 (additional hours - £75 per hour)
